It’s thrilling to see that Rosario in Argentina has won the World Resource Institute Prize for Cities 2021 – for it’s incredible transformation from economic collapse in 2001 to a resilient agroecological city.
I was honoured to meet Antonio and Raul, who coordinate Rosario’s agroecological transition, when they came to London in 2019 as part of the Urbanising In Place research project, along with people from Riga and Brussels.
How could we create this same level of resilience and health in a UK city?
